Log into your Xero account.
You will be prompted to fill in some information regarding your query. Fill up the field accordingly and Xero will direct you to some useful resources.
If you are still unable to resolve your query with the resources provided, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "I still need help" button. This will direct you to a page for you to file a ticket with Xero.
On the page to submit the ticket, fill in the fields accordingly and click on "Send" once done. Xero will typically get back to you within 1-2 days and you should receive an email once they have responded to your query.
